South East Energy Petroleum Company POLICY referring to the Integrated Quality, Environment, Occupational Safety & Health Management System

 

South East Energy Petroleum Company both through its top-level management and its employees offers technical design solutions, which comply with legal requirements and other regulations applicable to the field of design in the oil and gas industry, so that our company is ready to provide customers with solutions suitable to their requirements, according to the specifications.

South East Energy Petroleum Company continuously improves the effectiveness and performance of its integrated quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management system, described by a coherent integrated system of policies, procedures and processes.

Risk-based thinking is essential for management at the highest level in making decisions, conducting business and safeguarding the organisation and must respond to the organisation’s objectives and priorities.

The activity of our company, in accordance with this integrated management system, will result in a rigorous control of projects and the provision of technologies to our clients, which will:

  • Prevent potential causes of environmental pollution;
  • Eliminate or reduce negative environmental impacts;
  • Ensure the safe and secure operation of designed installations.
  • We will benchmark our performance against our competitors and disseminate the results to the responsible functions within our company.
  • Control and quality processes will be implemented in a systematic and planned way, which ensures consistency in:
  • Exceed customer expectations through mutual understanding and meeting customer requirements;
  • Set measurable targets that monitor our achievements against pre-defined objectives;
  • Ensure the necessary resources and appropriate working conditions;
  • Monitor, audit and analyse the integrated system to identify areas for continuous improvement.

 

In order to put into practice South East Energy Petroleum Company’s concern for the protection, conservation and continuous restoration of the environment, we aim to make efficient use of energy, natural resources, materials, and ensure waste management at source.

Our priority is to protect the health and safety of all people (employees, employees of subcontractors, subcontractors, …) working for South East Energy Petroleum Company. We identify hazards and threats to prevent, control and reduce risks to an acceptable level.
